Aura Volt trains engineers and students to build embedded systems for electric vehicles, from a first STM32 program to controllers generated from Simulink models.

  • STM32 basics: toolchain setup, GPIO, timers, interrupts and debugging
  • Embedded C: structured, testable firmware for sensing, control and communication
  • RTOS: tasks, priorities and timing for control loops and communication
  • PWM and ADC: generating gate signals and measuring currents and voltages
  • CAN communication: messages, DBC databases and vehicle data such as battery and inverter signals
  • EV applications: speed and battery monitoring, displays and motor-control firmware
  • Model-based design: generating C code from Simulink and checking it with software-in-the-loop tests

Do participants need STM32 boards?
Hands-on sessions work best with one board for every one or two people. We tell you the board and accessories to arrange when we plan the training.
Is this training online or in person?
We train academic and industry clients in person, so participants can work with real boards.
