Delivery & Service Policy

(to be confirmed), trading as Aura Volt Technology Services, sells live online training and technical services. We do not ship physical goods.

1. Live courses

Confirmation: after a successful payment, you get an email confirmation and a payment receipt within minutes. We confirm your seat personally.
Dates and joining link: we email the start date and timings at least 7 days before the first session. The joining link (Zoom or Google Meet) is emailed to you before the start. A reminder is sent 24 hours before.
Sessions: 30 hours of live sessions, delivered online, in Indian Standard Time.
Materials: we share them with you during the batch, and you can keep them for (to be confirmed).
Certificates: emailed as a PDF within (to be confirmed) of the batch ending, for participants with at least 80% attendance. Each one can be verified on our website.

2. Services

Deliverables, timelines and the delivery method (email, shared drive, online session) are set out in your written quote.
Work starts after the advance payment is received.
We tell you promptly if a timeline needs to change.

3. If something doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder, then contact director@auravolt.in or +91 80155 06307 with your name and order or enquiry reference.
We resend confirmations, links or certificates within 1 working day.
